Every year, customers reserve a table and food package for an enhanced experience at Christkindlmarket, a Chicago staple attended by millions every holiday season. This enabled German American Events (GAE), the company putting together the event, to get an accurate headcount for the reservation to prepare the right amount of food and beverage packages.

The Problem: Their former reservation system had a suboptimal user experience, resulting in abandoned carts and inefficient reporting in the backend.

The Solution: We redesigned and developed a new Stammtisch reservation platform that delivers an optimal booking experience. We also created a backend with order management tools that allow the GAE team to filter data and export custom reports.
